[FONT="]I am new to Motion Builder. I have downloaded some free c3d data. I would like to use those for my practice but only problem is, those data dont have the T pose at the beginning or at the end ! Please help me on the question. How will I map the actor to c3d data if I dont have the T pose for c3d data ? Any suggestion how to proceed in this situation ? [/FONT]

You use a T-pose for rigging only... to align the bones to the skin, and assign bone weights to the vertices.
As soon as you load animation, the bones will automatically move/rotate to whatever animation data you load.
