Can someone expalin to me the worklow of going from a high poly mesh to a low poly mesh in zbrush. Basically in know how to make the low from the high poly but what about the texture? The texture is aligned to the hp mesh, will it fit also on the lp mesh after using remesher? the uv'swill be the same?

The important thing is that the meshes' geometry occupy the same space. Then any baker can pretty much do the transfer for you. Here's an old xnormal tutorial that shows transferring a textured highpoly's texture to a new lowpoly mesh:
