I think her bizeps and trizeps needs a little more strength to give her arms a better balance and I noticed that her head is, on the concept, a little bit bigger whereby she looks more cute
The axe looks pretty awesome. What was your workflow for it?
Thank you. As for workflow, I started with base in Softimage, then sculpting in Zbrush, then back to Softimage to model lowpoly and do uvs. Finaly baked it in xNormal.

I have sharpened the axe a bit
Worked on lowpoly for a while Ended up with 18k tris.
