I'm guessing its a war movie? From the dialog, something WWII or newer...
Trying to decide if these are kinda obscure quotes or if I had seen the movie I'd recognize them.
I'll go with 'The Great Escape', mostly because I like the movie, not cause I think its right.
it IS a war movie--sort of. But nope, not great escape. These are very obscure quotes, I get easier and easier as a thread lives on. Here's an easier quote:
Man: ...I'll look around for the keys. That's productive.
Woman: Ten minutes.
Man: Okay.
Woman: And then I'm killing you.
Man: Fine.
Woman: I've tried everything, it doesn't work.
Man: I mean have you tried... you know... tried ALL the options.
Woman: Oh, you mean sex? Yeah, tried it.
Man: ...how many times?

I can't remember how that dialogue between the two neighbours started.. but this quote reminds of that scene
Man 2: "No, sir. I'm from Kentucky."
