Here's my first attempt to create a modular game level and also learning to use UE4. I have a level editing course assignment and I'm making an abandoned power plant (well it still has electricity since I wanted to have cool flickering screens)...
It's still very unfinished, I'm planning to model some modular floors and roofs and stairs, also i think I'll look into snow or dirt shaders and make it more grungy. Also the walls look a bit rought still. And I'd love to model millions of little things in there but I might run out of time.
All feedback is welcome since I hope to make it awesome by next week ^^

More WIPS (hehe i finally noticed that you can take screenshots without the lightbulbs etc showing ...)
( also DAE student here )
Love the current scene so far but you could really push the materials because now everything looks kinda flat ( mostly roughness values ) and I guess you are currently doing so, get some layered materials in there and add some dirt (or snow etc.. ) on a top layer, that could really boost the believe ability of the scene.
Also love to see some wiring running through there that would make for an awesome breakup of the scene, now the models are to repeated in my opinion, but that's mostly due to the eletric closets in the last screenshot.
Love to see more man!
