IN PROGRESS: Registration loop error

Every time I launch DDO or NDO, it asks me to register. I've gone through and allowed Suite, DDO, NDO through the firewall and made exceptions in Security Essentials for all three. I've run them as admin, and have gone through all the recommended trouble shooting. Randomly, they will work.
Win7 Pro 64 bit, Photoshop CS6 Extended 64 bit, and running Quixel Suite 64 bit.

Very strange, this sort of error is usually caused by blocking firewall but you´ve already disabled that.
If you PM me your serials and Machine Code / Reference ID we can try an offline actvation and see if that helps!
