3 questions need answered

I have 3 problems at the moment, i need someone to help me with it.

question 1: how do i put my brushes down there? so i can select them quickly.


question 2: Why is it that when i dynamesh, my model turns into this ugly glitchy model? how do i prevent it rather than fix it?


question 3: i cant find any tutorials online for this kind of hair, anyone know any places where i can learn it? or just tell me what i need to do to make it. please explain in terms of zbrush, i only know how to use this program and nothing else.

1. Preferences: Config: Enable Customize. Switch to the brush palette, and ctrl+alt drag the thumbnail icons where you want them. Turn off customize and save the UI when you're done
2. That's quite the mess. Is the model inside out? What version of zbrush are you using?
3. Having a planar IMM brush might help with that. Check out http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=124922
