Petition(?) :: All self made hats year round

OK, I'm interested in starting a petition, not really sure how to go about but figure this is a good place to start.
Basically I think all self made items should be year round.
I've only got one item in game so far, for Halloween last year.
Sales are pretty low anymore (they always were) but it's still great to have an item in game.
But I rarely ever get to use it. Full moons and Halloween only. On top of that the server I play on most these days has a few admins that disable halloween items during these times anyway.
With all the 'art breaking items' that are in game as it is I don't see why it would hurt to have people see a few self made halloween items all the time. Would one(or a few) halloween items on a server really detract form players enjoyment?
Does anyone else feel the same?
