I've already 2 memory modules (2x2gb) in my computer (With Dual Channel enable) and I got 2 soquets left. I need to increase my ram memory, the new module pair, should be equal to the already existing pair?(In terms of size, frequency and latency?) Or they can be different? Since the two pairs of modules will operate in different channels?

As long as the specs are the same (pins, speed, etc.) you can try a different brand in the 2nd channel, but you may run into compatibility problems, instability, etc., since it all has to work so closely together.
RAM is probably the best bang for the buck as an upgrade, especially with memory-hungry art apps. Better to sell the old RAM and get all new ones, so you can max out the total RAM.
