Here's some new artworks and progress for some concepts.. i spent a lot of years doing just a characters artwork, then i decided to do something new for my portfolio, some landscapes and environment concept art.. please take a look and let me know your feedback and critics.

sorry guys but i don't know why the images doesn't appear!!.. don't know what to do, any advice?

When you are posting there is a button (yellow one) to insert image.

Go to your artstation and right click the image you want to post. You should have a "copy image url"

Paste that url into the insert image box.

They are cool especially the swirling stuff on the orb in 2nd one! It looks like it fits the form of the sphere nicely, did you hand draw that or use the warp tools?

It's obvious you're using lasso tool for shapes which is okay, but perhaps you can play with the edges afterwards. Like soften some of the background rocks and give more depth of field effect. This technique may be interesting too: http://gurneyjourney.blogspot.ca/2011/08/transitioning-edges.html

The atmosphere is great but find out other ways to add depth to your paintings too.

Thanks.. the swirling stuff was a shape and i did a lot of warping to makes it look like i want. you're right about the depth issues, it's my early steps on this kind of concepts and will keep it in mind next time :-)
