Hi all i just cant find out how to model a mouth i have pic in my head but cant get it out on model its just i cant model a mouth so plz is there a tutorial for monster mouth sculpt or something plz help
I use my imagination i work with 3dsmax with all my models without a problem now i wont learn more with zbrush but mouth not working :)if there is BASIC tutorial i watch other tutorials but i dont get it much
lol, there are many on youtube. Also using reference is a very basic thing to get things look right. Using basemesh can also help. First you should learn how to sculpt human mouth , and then sculpting a monster mouth won't be a problem.
if you can model it in max, then do it in max, prot it over to zbrush and try to replicate. what you got there.
i said the thing with the overpainting so you would actively think about how it is supposed to look, there seems to be a gap between your imagination and what comes out in the end, so to close the gap use a media you are more comfortable with.

For starters, I think you're trying to flesh out basic shapes on too high of a subdivision level. When you do that, you create a 'smooth-blob'effect that is very easy to spot.
Drop down as low as you can, and begin to gradually work in the basic barrel of the mouth.
Once you have that, then you can begin to carve in the separation of the lips, and work out the main planes that create the lips.
Awesome will watch that next time i did not see that xD but hey i am a beginner its not bad
but will see that videos and learn because i doing a game and need this fast tnx for help aaaand will post again here when i finish
