Substance Painter error

Hello,

I import my file in Substance painter, but its always shown like this:



I tried importing multiple different files (OBJs, FBXs...) and every time the same thing.

How to fix this? It says that it does not recognize my GPU, could that be it?

Yes, it's very likely the cause of the problem. It seems you are runnning on an Intel HD3000 chipset, which is not supported by the application.

Is the HD3000 the only GPU on your computer? If that's the case, it is indeed not supported. You may try to update the drivers but I'm not sure it will help.

Yes, its the only one.. my GPU sucks hard =/ Damn.. I was getting real excited to use SP
