Icy Shyvana

SUPER last minute post here. after i finished the piece i forgot we needed to make a thread so here's mine.

i dont know much about LoL so i chose Shyvana totally based on looks. i like the idea of making some sort of ice dragon and the character design potential seemed quite fun i referred to Paul Kwan's skin design (bloody cool looking i might add) as a guideline and changed it up to suit my taste.

anyway, sorry again for the late post and i'll be putting up some process pics and the finished image

i gave a quick headsculpt for the dragon to save some time. i decided not to add the hair/mohawk thing to the dragon

and here's the process. from sketch to finished. most of the stuff i sketched out are lost since i tend to erase the stuff i dont use.

so from start to finish, aside from the dragon sculpt, its just painting and some photobashing

since i dont have much experience with icy materials i thought this challenge would be quite fun if i tried it out
