Hello,
i wanted to ask if you have a good idea how to make photos in Photoshop tileable, if you already have normalmap and also ambientocclusion baked out from a photoscan.
I know how to do it with one Layer, but how can i repair and clean up seams with multile layers ? I can share the results for DDO Materials if its working.
Thanks in Advance

If someone is interested in more let me know.
Would be interested in other methods !
( Here you are )
A small tip I usually do when it comes to using tileable photoscanned data of ground surfaces etc, or any surface that are not pattern specific. I make four duplicates of each layer group (diffuse, normal etc) and rotate one group 180 degrees, next group 90 cw and another 90ccw. For the 90 degrees I use a channel mixer to correct my normal map. That way I have some more variations pieces to play with for my final tileable texture.
180 deg: invert red and green channel in texture
90 deg CW: invert red channel in texture and use channel mixer to switch place of red and green channels
90 deg CCW: invert green channel in texture and use channel mixer to switch place of red and green channels
Edit: Combined new material :
So how do i share this material with DDO users ? (If you want it)
Thanks BMC131 !
I find it works better to severely limit the width of the mask, so I'm only pulling in enough of the offset layers to hide the seam, and no more.
Here's how to export DDO materials.
