Billing Information

Hello everyone,i have a problem with my Billing Information.
Here is the deal:
I live in Greece
My bank is called National Bank of Greece
In my bank ''textbook''(or however it is called),my account name is in GREEK
I cant seem to be able to complete the Billing Information(i add all information in English btw),it gives me and error.
Its says that the bank account name should match the steam account name!!???
What am i supposed to do? :O
