How to start to learn proper Anatomy in Zbrush

I am struggling how to actually start to learn proper anatomy in Zbrush. I am not sure what first to sculpt, everyone seems very complicated. I am not going to do whole body from start, but i want to take piece by piece and learn everything i can by just that part of the body, like, bones, muscles, proportions.

Any advice?

Take in everything about anatomy you can find and apply it in 3d. Books, sculpting videos, pinterest images, whatever you can find. Start by sculpting each part of the body: arm, leg, torso, head. Then when you are comfortable with that at least to some extend, try model a whole body. Than do that many many times again. Good luck in 2015
