How to build substances for use in Painter ?

Hi,

I've built a couple of Substances in Designer, which I exported out as .sbsar

One of the question I have, is how to properly expose color input parameters for use in painter ?

Exposing the "Uniform Color" "Output color" parameter works nicely inside Designer but it doesn't seem to work to change the color in Painter.
I get a list of 4 values sliders (R,G,B,A I guess ?) that break my base color if I tweak them and stop working afterwards.

I wish the bridge between SD and Painter was a bit smoother. A lot of things that work in one soft, break when brought inside the other
