Hey guys. I really need some guide for workflow for creating characters for next gen and movies.
I do understand something, i am not really sure if it's right or wrong, or what to do next and how.
This is what i understand.
1.Poly modeled in Maya or Max, and sculpted detailed in Zbrush
or
Sculpted in Zbrush.
2. If it is in Zbrush sculpted, then we do retopology for whole character/creature
3.After the retopology of the high poly model, what we do next? Uv's on the just retopo model?
4.What we do next?....
And for baking maps. i know for Movies is used displacement and for games normal and displacement or just normal?
How to make correct and right displacement maps?
Also how to do, normal, spec, diffuse in right and correct way?
