Maya move pivot point on laptop keyboard-not work!

Hi there! A strange issue blocks me now on my new laptop- I cannot move the pivot in the common way (Ins.) Can anybody tell me which key this is supposed to be?? so crazy!:poly127:

the "d" key is doing the same. press and hold for tmp pivot moving (goes back to your recent tool on release) or just tap it to enter pivot mode.
