3D Artist Demo Reel Feedback

I hope I am posting this in the right area.
Hello all, My name is Carson Smith and I am a recent animation grad, but I consider myself to be more of a 3D generalist. Please take a look at my demo reel and I would be grateful to hear feedback about it. I would like to improve my animation skills and I am currently looking at Animation Mentor to see what they have to offer. I primarily use 3ds Max, Mudbox, Photoshop, and After Effects in my workflow. I can get around in Maya alright, but need to spend more time with it still.
