[ZBrush] Transfer Polygroups to new base mesh

Hey all, I was not able to find the answer to a question I have, which I feel would be a pretty common feature.

After creating a high poly sculpt from dynamesh (or any initial mesh), and retopologizing, the next step is to bring the new base mesh in, subdivide, and project the detail from the 'high poly sculpt'. But what if you also want the nice functional polygroups that were created on the high poly sculpt?
