I have the same problem. Using normal maps from X normal so should be correct orientation on all channels. Double checked that they are to. Normal map has no effect at all. Please advice what to do.
Waiting for a fix can i just load the high poly mesh instead? Tried it and it seemed to work. Identical UV´s anyway so should not affect the bake in any way right?
Have the same problem. No folipped chanells on XYZ and tried turning off everything in 3DO. Normal map has absolutley no effect at all. Trided the same mesh is several sizez and different poly counts. Maps generated in Xnormal. Please advice.

If it won't help triangulate mesh thru connect and export then, and check your blue channel in normal map.
