[WIP] Hobo Bob Character

Greetings!
I'm not all that great with characters, so I force myself to do a few every now and then. Here's my current progress of my latest character, Bob The Hobo.
So far he's mostly just roughed out, with the head sculpted and painted. I was going for a bit of a toonish look.
I'm looking for feedback, critiques, direction, etc before I continue on much further. Fire away!
