LDR ZB Facial Sculpt WIP - First Time

Hello all, this is my first stand alone critique submission so go as hard on me as possible. I am about to retopo the sculpt to get it ready for UVing and adding in the finer details like wrinkles, pores and blemishes. Am I missing anything obvious or do you see something that should be changed/improved upon? The Sculpt is supposed to be of Lana Del Rey. The hair is a place holder.
