Model made in maya 2015. Any feedback welcome. I am planing to add some texture/color to it. I am still a newbie and could use some tips in this regard (UVs, materials etc.)
What he's talking about, assuming that it's a highpoly model, is that the hard edges you made are very sharp. If you wanted to bake out normal maps from that model to a lower poly one, it's going to look somewhat bad. Softer edges on High Poly models make for better normal bakes.
That being said, is this a high poly model?

I guess i just want to add some color to it. The helmet is made of one piece so I don't know exactly how to do it.
