Would like to have an item made for our tournamen.

I run and cast a Norwegian amateur league called "Pretty Pudges Pokaljakt" (Pretty Pudges Trophyhunt) on behalf of www.dota2.no and www.pressfire.no (gaming site for Norways 2nd biggest online newspaper www.Dagbladet.no) Here is the hype video for the tournament: http://dagbladet.uds.ak.o.brightcove.com/1027729757001/1027729757001_3781854157001_Pudge-vignett-v-2.mp4
For those of you unfamiliar with this league it's sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drink and has an ~8k USD prizepool. It was meant to last six months with one tournament every month. We are hosting the third tournament sunday 7th of december, and aim to have the final in february/march. Usually around 100 teams attend these monthly tournaments.
The final tournament will be invite only for the four teams that have gathered the most points throughout the previous tournaments (for more info about this check http://i.imgur.com/EsYrmBK.png ). Originally we had not planned for a ticket but I have had several queries about a this and I feel that we might be missing out. Therefore I have decided to apply for a ticket for the final tournament.
Now here is where you guys come in. I would love for someone to make a Pretty Pudge cosmetic item. I have no idea how much this would cost, and I have no idea how much time it would take to make it.
I am not sure how many tickets we would sell but some inside information from a swedish league has it they sold around 1k tickets without an item for 0.39.
