I messed up and check the code worked then I switched the product I wanted to buy and now it says I have used the code without purchasing anything

Edit: Also how do I upgrade my licence from Academic to something else or does this have to be done manually by Quixel staff?

It's in the Steam sale, as per usual. Good chance it will be discounted even further in the Christmas sale though.

Looks like Quixel did the same thing today for Cyber Monday. Technically it's no longer Monday where I am (and certainly wouldn't be in Sweden, which is where Quixel seems to be located), but the code still worked fine. Worth checking out again if you missed their Black Friday sale and you happen upon this post fairly soon after I submit it :poly124:

I am really disappointed in the lack of gluttonous trampling videos going on in this thread. in fact they seemed to not cover nearly as much this year as others. I am pretty sure its not people actually improving themselves, but more that its just old news people get smashed and killed each black friday for a TV.

I can confirm that two deaths and at least fourteen serious injuries occured as a result of people steamrolling the Marmoset Toolbag2 stall. We had police and EMT's on standby but they just weren't enough

Stories like that always make me sad, it's even worse knowing that most Black Friday deals are a total scam because you're usually buying garbage quality products. I've only left my house one time on Black Friday a few years ago, never again.
