Hey guys,
Besides getting the 8800 error like many others have when I try to create my map in the first place, I get an "Error 1220: Illegal Argument - Line: 14082 -> rgb["hexValue" = hex;" error popup when I try to add a smart material, followed by a Photoshop restart. I'm using the trial of dDO in the 1.8 Suite (with nDO paid for). Photoshop CS5 64bit (and I checked that I'm using the 64 bit .exe for the Suite and the programs within it). I'm seeing if I can get Photoshop CC 2014, but so far I'm pretty frustrated. I've emailed Quixel before and haven't gotten any reply back (not on this issue, hoping I can get help here first). Any ideas? I really like the Suite, but the crazy amount of issues I've had so far is making me want to throw my PC out the window.
*edit*
Also, does anyone know where one could download older versions of the Suite? I've heard that that's one way of fixing issues.

Have you tried one of the sample projects from the Wiki yet?

Just to rule out any issues with input maps!
Regarding older versions, you can always roll back to previous versions of the suite by clicking the option button on the suite toolbar and then selecting "current version", this should bring up a menu that contains all versions!
Hope this helps, please don´t throw your PC out the window!
I tried the AK, and got the same 8800 error, followed by a popup saying "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMEException (0x80042260): General Photoshop error occurred. This functionality may not be available in this version of Photoshop." Trying to add a smart material also resulted in an error 1220.
Have you tried running the suite and PS as admin?
Also do you have an English version of PS?
Any non alphanumerical characters in the install path for the suite or your project?
