ANSWERED: nDo Will Not Rest/Activate

I have the separate version of nDo and it asked for my serial which I inputted and it didn't like it, though it's the same serial as I get on your site.
It showed activated on your site, not knowing what else to do I pressed reset, now it's not activated and it won't acknowledge the good serial. :poly127:
