So I took a long break from 3d and recently started modeling again and i'm ready to bake my model. Usually I would do cage baking inside 3ds max..
Just wondering if there is any new ways to make the process easier. Or new software that gives better results besides xnormal never really liked xnormal

I think the 'fastest' way to bake will be inside your 3d app; since then you don't have to export. Personally I use xNormal.
You should probably try the different alternatives to see what works best with your assets though.
