Right now i would say this is passable for a stylized asset, but there is one main thing ruining it, and that's the way you placed the leaves on top. This illustration should give you an idea of what i mean
As you can see on your own model, you almost placed the planes facing down at the bottom and then you straighten them out towards the top.
Fix that, and you have a decent stylized tree...
For a realistic asset this fails. Leaves are way to big compared to the trunk, they are also modeled in an awkward way, if you show us the texture sheet i will be able to tell you more.
What is it rendered in? Marmoset?
Look at this second illustration i made, and see how i add planes facing all directions and add it on to a smaller geometrical branch to further add on to the main trunk. This gives it much more fullness.
