Your ress need texture edge spacing/buffer. It's very clear on the edges that there's black artifacting going on. You need to bleed the texture out of the UV boundaries a bit to correct for this.
The fountain is suffering the same issue with the stone from your Crash Bandicoot VG Remix model. It's just noise slapped onto a surface, with no accounting for wetness or where dust might fall, or even moss may build up. It looks lazy, and it has the opportunity for more time to be put into it.
This is a serious word of warning, and you have time to fix this early in school. Just doing your HW will not be enough to count as a portfolio. You really need to spend time on your own to polish your assets.
