Rengar

Hey there!
I am going to paint Rengar.
First I had planned to show him in an attacking pose jumping almost out of the picture. But now I think I will rather paint him in a lurking position ready to attack at any moment.
Since I like illustrating stories and combining pictures and text I will maybe add Rengar's lore as a text field in the picture.
I want the background of the picture to be Northern woods that is a snowy forest (with still some green in it).
So here are my first sketches:

So this is my third draft.
I already added some background. I will write about that later.

I used some of these pictures as posing references:

I used a photo from the internet as a first starting point for the background painting. I photoshopped and painted over it a lot. In the end the original photo won't be recognizable anymore, I think.

So far Rengar's background looks like this:

That's the picture so far. I will add the amor in the next days and finish the weapon. Then I will go back to the background and finally add the lightning.
