Maya LT : Bake to Skeleton

Hi all , Newbie alert notworthy.gif
I am retareting a Mocap but I don't know how to get the control rig to follow the skeleton.
I saw an option on an online tutorial to Bake to Rig that does what I want but I don't see it in LT??? Assuming it is not an option in LT is there a workaround to accomplish the same thing.
I want to be able to use the FK/IK control rig to clean up the animation with Handles during retargeting as opposed to just using the skeleton.

    Look for HumanIK. But i don't know if Maya LT comes with it.

    Thanks it does. I am using it. I can use it to create a control rig. I just cant get the control rig to follow the skeleton during animation. So then I cant use the controls to adjust the animation frames. In Maya I believe yuo can just selet Bake to Control rig and the control rig will follow the skeleton during animation.
    I hope this makes sense. If not I can try again :)
