So this is my first post on Polycount and I gotta say, I love this community from what I've been seeing. Also, I saw this Riot contest thing and decided to give it a go! I love League of Legends and I love animation. So here is my work in progress thread. I've decided to try and animate Nocturne, one of my favorite champions. Right now all I have is a starting walk cycle but I will try to get the attack animation up soon.

I feel like the way he is walking now, he should have legs. the way that you are making the body move, is very similar to how a human would move their upper body when they walk. i think you could end up having a much more interesting animation if you make it look more like he is floats/flying. If you check out Nocturnes original walk cycle, you see they really make him look like hes is just flying forward, his arms go back and his body slightly sways left to right. id suggest going with something a little bit more like that but still put ur own creative twist on it. best of luck

Right on, I see what you are saying. I was kind of going for a stalker walk but I'll try and come up with a floating look to him. Thanks for the input!

Alright, here is another walk cycle I did quickly to see if this one is fairing any better. It's not nearly as refined right now but if it seems like a better idea than my first one than I will gladly work on it.
