Confused. What should I do next in my ZBrush workflow?

Hi all, I'm someone who is very new to workflows; I recently finished modelling a Komodo Dragon in Zbrush and I want to take steps towards getting it out there commercially. The high poly model is finished (might make a few tweaks to the tongue) and I have a low poly model that I made in Max beforehand, with UVs and everything. What do I need to do to make it a sellable product now?

Should I rig it in 3ds Max, or in Zbrush with Zspheres?
Should I work on some animations?
Anything else?
