Senior 3D Artist - (Character and Animation)

Our client is a successful and growing venture-backed games developer delivering free and innovative games across a wide range of social and mobile platforms.
They are a responsive and dynamic company with a strong focus on quality and player experience. Their teams comprise of people who are innovative, agile and able to refine processes and ideas in the work they deliver.

They are currently recruiting for a Senior 3D Artist with strong creative, character and animation skills. With exciting new titles in development and for release this year they are looking for experienced and highly talented artists to drive the visuals forward on their products.

Bringing knowledge and passion for player experience and quality art to their titles, you will be joining an ambitious, highly talented and respected Art team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Extensive digital illustration, Character and 3D animation experience
- Strong working knowledge of game development processes
- High level 3D art and animation skills
- Strong referable art skills and the ability to learn new skills as required. Along with the ability to impart skills and knowledge to both art and non-art team members.
- Skill sets should include: Character design, Animation, UI design, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Environment Design, Graphic Design, Project management, People management.
- Strong understanding of the needs of the project from a company perspective and can readily communicate and work with key departments ( design, marketing, finance…) to produce well rounded, competitive products.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of competing products to use throughout development of our games and stays up to date with approaches to art creation within popular title both aesthetic and technical.
