Starting a new thread since the other one wasn't really focused. I'm looking for feedback as this is my first dive into photo-realism. Even if it seems obvious, I'd appreciate any critiques you can point out, in order to help me create something that most resembles Rob De Niro.
Right now, I'm having a tough time tackling the fibermesh hair. But I'm still open to feedback on the facial proportions and anything else about the piece you find worth noting-

Oddly enough, I chose a specific facial expression that I was sure I would find a lot of reference to (this is the way he looks whenever I imagine him) but most of the reference I found was more relaxed. In any case, I'll move on but take your advice on my next piece-
