I've been searching for a video of one guy, that as far as I remembered, his life goal was to make programming easier or something.
He shows an example of animating a butterfly while the movie is still playing. It was on Flash, I guess. Does anyone remember this video? I've been searching a lot for it, but with no success.

There are actually quite a few other "live coding" environments such as Extempore, Overtone and Sonic Pi for performing music and CG visuals with code (I think Sonic Pi is just for music though).
Extempore:

Overtone:
Searching "overtone clojure", ""meta-ex"", or "sam aaron" on YouTube leads to a lot more videos on Overtone.

Back to the main topic of making programming easier the creator of LightTable, Chris Granger is now working on a new project called Eve (then called Aurora).
