Hello guys, my name is Giovanny, here a little collaboration I'm doing with a friend of mine (Miguel Collazo), he is doing the concept art, I'm doing the 3d modeling. Any suggestion of critiques for the design are more than welcome, more updates later. The name for the set is still a placeholder, any name suggestion could help too.

normal vs low violence. it still looks verymuch like a bone to me.
but if phil is right, just design him a second style for the head. maybe with some kind of facemask

As others have said, skulls can be a problem, and small details (like the bracer studs) will be lost ingame.
The concept is really cool though.
