which one is the best for a portfolio presentation?
I'm not sure if it is better to keep it simple or show more information.

whats your portfolio site look like? or going to look like?
I would say cut the bottom image in half and have 2 images, one for a beauty/presentation shot then a breakdown image below it or next in the slide if you go that way. you could try putting your wireframe over your normal aswell save space because its not going to hide any of the detail really by the looks of it.
but then maybe just have a a fully textured character standing next to a fully textured character with a wireframe over it. from what ive seen its pretty important to show your wireframes and sometimes your flats
    just my opinion :)

thx, I think that cutting the second one by half and making a breakdown image is a good idea also. I think I'll go that way. unless someone else has some insight also.
