[low paid] 3D model of metal cabin low poly

I need a low poly metal cabin covered in snow.

with snow on top and a bit of snow built up at one side.
About 2k poly. Texture + normal map.
The model will be viewed from an isometric/diablo pov so the top needs some extra attention.
I'd also like a separate snow texture for the ground around the cabin model. It needs to loop/pattern seamlessly.
For these I'd like to pay about £75 ($120).
