[Riot Art Contest] - Nami 'High Tide'

I'm slow at getting started but I've been tossing a few ideas back and forth so I'm not completely clueless as to which direction I want to take this.

I'm aiming for a new skin concept for Nami, based on bioluminescent deep sea fish and moonstones specifically. Still undecided on what composition to decide on for the final piece, but for now these are the sketches I've got of generally what I'm aiming for with Nami's appearance at least.

Progress so far - I'm afraid I haven't had much time to work lately but I'm trying to do more consistent work this week.

Wow, it's so close to the end date and I haven't been able to work on this much... I'm still hopeful that I'll finish in time though! For now, here's my progress.

I wanted her to look rather ghostly with how pale and even mystical moonstones can look, so I'm fairly pleased with the result.
