Baking multiple objects

Basically I have an asset, consisting of about 10 smaller parts. I unwrapped all of them, UVed them as well, but if I try to bake them all together, it gets weird.

Normal map is distorted, the detail should be smooth, but it gets affected by other parts and there's basically a print of the other part on it.

Like, put two cogs together, and they will bake detail on each other. Is there any way to avoid that? Because baking each smaller part separately is time consuming.
