i like it with the arms unswapped; think unswapped with the staff will balance out better but that's just me. Since you're not doing a sculpt are you just gonna paint in all the bumps and nicks?
Also in comparison to the splash art he's looking alittle heavier; think you could skinny him up?

Good job so far!
Thanks man! about the unswapped thing later i gave a thought about it and i also agree that after staff it'll automatically be balanced.and i wanted to stay true to the concept.well Lets see when i add the staff how it looks.
and in my last update of highpoly it'll have all those scratches and some amount of damage.
and the last thing about its heaviness.I agree with that too.Maybe its the image perspective that is showing him more stronger and heavier..
It'd be great if you could do a paintover of what you really have in mind.
oh man. of course! I just usually don't get asked for paintover's (I'm new to this world alright? xD)
Sorry for getting this to you so late!
Keep in mind I did this just so that your model would better match the proportions of the splash art; you don't have to follow this if you like your model's shapes better, I just wanted throw this out there for you!
Looking nice and chunky. Wondering if his foot armors are too big? From the front they're looking a bit oversized. I'm with D_Wall on the angular cloak at the shoulders, but I'm wondering if the tassets and leg armor should be left a bit chunkier. Things are looking a bit slim and stiff in the paintover. Looking great overall, keep it up!
Hey Guys.
Here's the highpoly.
Moving on @D_wall -thanks man for the paintover. I think got a bit late to see it.
for now I'm sticking to the original one.Lets see if I could do some
tweaks on lowpoly.
@haze- I tried to keep it a bit on the exaggerated side to keep the silhouette
strong.
I would recommend to work more on the mask. It's not eye-catching yet, but it should be.
Yea completely agree with you.
Btw saw your dota 2 workshop thread.. Its filled with so much awesomeness. Really liked you work.
Thanks for the feedbavk though .
