Joining in on the fun, the plan is to make a Victorian gentleman explorer meerkat version of Teemo.

Packpack design is great!
Here some updates, re-did the fur and made the weapon, also did a lot of smaller polishing. Have some plans to make the Noxious Trap based on African masks, will see.
Will probably do a bit more of polishing, but the plan is also to get the low-poly model finished the coming week.
Bellow the following can be seen, the green channel from an object space normal map, followed by two different occlusion bakes (needs to be re-baked with more rays), a ramp (to help with grounding/depth from above) and finally a quick composition of the maps.
Now the fun starts with actual texturing

"Materials" are kinda tweaked to look good from above, so I prefer top down ones.
