Subdivision smoothing applies selectively

Basically the issue here is that when I try to apply subdivision smoothing (or turbosmooth) on to my model, there are a bunch of vertexes that the subdivision seems to ignore. The specific area this is happening in is where I earlier applied a bend modifier and later collapsed to editable poly. Anybody know how to fix this?

Edit: It appears that it's actually the slice modifier that messes with the mesh somehow, still can't find a fix though.

Sometimes stacks are a tricky bunch. I've encountered weird issues similar to that and sometimes there's nothing you can do. You can try to move the turbosmooth modifier somewhere else in line and see how that works, or collapse your slice modifier before applying turbosmooth. Or try to stack something on top of Slice like Edit Poly before applying turbosmooth.
