I am currently making a car. I was wondering how do you add different roughness effects for ie windows, wheels, metal etc Thanks in advance.

a black and white texture map would do it for you, if you are unsure as to creating texture maps, check out the link at the top to the polycount wiki.

Familiarize yourself with the PBR workflow, and how the shader interprets each map. (alb,spec,roughness,transparency,etc)
