Hey there!I tryed to add some more subtools... and had a big prob in the last hours making the arrows he will carry in the bag's place... but crashed 3 times and im done for today :Z

I had to change the sides of some subtools like the shoulder because he will use a crossbow in the right hand... for balancing. Added the arrows in the belt, and I am getting happy with the amount of subtools... I think I am close to the main form of him. So the next step will be develop a very cool poison crossbow for this guy... here is a drawing I did to start thinking about the crossbow, and some other shots...

Really nice work on the crossbow man! I feel like there is a bit too much green on it though. Maybe the two sides could be horns from the demon face, using the same dark grey material?
Looking sweet, I agree with Goldo_O about the green on the crossbow being a little too much. You can have it in the mouth like the shoulders, and then having another material go out from there would be nice. =P
Sure, I think the same way guys... the only thing is happening is that when you see it from far, the green seems to shows much more then other colours that I tried... I dont know...
I will try to sculpt the details and figure out how cool could be that poison flasks and other stuff... then will comes the more technical thing... soon, I hope... hehe
This looks great man! I agree that the green is very oversaturated- but I think once you're able to get to texturing it, it will be easier for you to even it out as opposed to using polypaint. I love the face on his bow and the little polycount icon on his belt :P hehe.
I love the details on this guy. The model looking really good. The silhouette of that profile view is really good. There is an odd gap between his toe claws and the extrusion of his toes. You might want to pinch that together.
Sure bro... actually, you pointed me a good thing... the feet... I think they are not Rat like, they now look more like a cat or dog feet... I will change that, for sure, thank you!
So good! The shoulder pad is looking so badass, and will look even better from the in-game view! Your high res is killer, don't waste more time on it and start your retopo man, so that you have plenty of time to texture at the end! Love your entry!!!
