Between maya and zbrush normal map issue

Hi there i am building a ring in maya with sculpt detailes in zbrush so what i did that i build the ring in zbrush using goz i took it to maya over there i give it some extrude that in area i can start sculpt after i finish i made uv in maya i took it back to zbrush with high 7 sudiv start sculpting then i made low subdiv to 1 or 2 then i made normal map

to finish it i took it back to maya for to apply the normal map on low poly i got some problems i cant see the sculpt details in high render also the sculpting area looks so missed up phvma2.pngN03G2d.png9OyT1c.png
